CAMERAWORK BLOG TASK

 

1) Pick three camera shots from the Doctor Who scene and explain what type of shot it is and what meanings or effect they have on the audience.

1. over the shoulder shot - it is showing the lady and showing the fact that she is speaking tp someone on the laptop.

2.medium shot - its showing the ladies facial expressions as the person is speaking on the laptop and also you can see the lady get up in the background.

3.establishing shot - it is showing where and how the lady is working.

2) Pick one camera angle that is used in the scene and explain the effect it has on the audience. 

it is showing the audience the ladies work environment and how serious she is when she is in meetings. it also shows us she is by her self.

3) Pick one aspect of mise-en-scene from the scene and explain what connotations are being communicated to the audience. when the man is standing next to the advanced technology it makes him look vulnerable as he is standing right next to a giant, advanced technology machine.

  n Denotation :   The advert is saying that they need toilets and not graves. Conn otation: they need water for toilets which they do not have and because they do not have water they cant drink causing people to die. analysis : This may show that people are dying because of the hygiene and the conditions where they are living which is affecting their health leading to young kids dying at a very young age because of not having water.
