STRANGER THINGS TRAILER


 costume: the costume of the scientist suggests that he is in a lab and may have been working on something and it had gone wrong and what he created may have attacked him. That scientists facial expressions also helps to communicate this story line as at first he was really worried, scared for his life and then he thought he was safe until the elevator doors shut and the creature attacked him.


Lighting: when the guy scientist is running, the lights are flashing on and off for more suspense. This is suggested because at any point, whatever he is running from may attack him when them lights are going on and off. Also, every time the lights go off and it gets dark, the scientist is getting closer and closer, this suggests that he is running for his life.


props: in the scene where they are in the basement playing games, this suggests that it is set in the 80s as they are playing dungeons and dragons with no electronics. Also, they character in the game they were talking about may have attacked the boy when he was on the way home and the scientist.

  n Denotation :   The advert is saying that they need toilets and not graves.
